I am indebted to the many works of history and exposition that have gone before me in establishing and explaining the historical unfolding of Revelation.

I have differed with the traditional understanding, usually only as being more removed from the events, which are still ongoing, affords clearer hindsight.

And also, as my study of the Hebraic roots of the Church, and the Torah, has opened up patterns and threads in Scripture previously unseen, being reserved for a sovereignly predetermined time.

Reading the main text of the chapters will provide the vast scope of historical and Scriptural knowledge necessary to follow the unfolding of the prophecy. The detailed information on this website goes the next step.

All the following were used in studying this topic and verifying the historical claims made. However, there were a few works which stood out to give the grand sweep of the prophecy, and I recommend them to anyone wishing to dig deeper into this study.

  • Revelation: A Panorama of the Gospel Age by Fred P. Miller
  • The Prophetic Faith of Our Fathers, Vol I-IV by LeRoy Edwin Froom
  • Notes on the New Testament, Explanatory and Practical: Revelation by Albert Barnes
  • The History of the Christian Church in eight volumes by Philip Schaff

I am especially indebted to Redeemed Israel by Batya Wootten, the book on the first floor, laid on the foundation of Scripture, without which nothing else would have followed.
